These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdLuro (the "Service"), operated by AdLuro ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AdLuro. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
AdLuro provides AI-powered diagnostics, optimization suggestions, and ad creative generation for Meta Ads accounts. The Service may apply automated actions to your connected ad accounts only with your prior configuration and consent.
3. Meta Account Connection
- You must have the right to connect any Meta Ads account you link to AdLuro.
- You agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Advertising Policies.
- You can disconnect your Meta account at any time, which immediately revokes our access.
4. Subscription & Billing
- AdLuro Pro is billed at $49/month USD, in advance, on a recurring basis.
- New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- If you provide payment details, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
- Applicable taxes may be added to your invoice.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before being charged. No refunds are issued after the 14-day trial ends. Once a paid billing cycle has begun, all fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused features, or downgrades. Mandatory refunds required by applicable law are unaffected by this clause.
6. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
- We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies, with or without notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to run ads that violate applicable law or Meta's advertising policies.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
8. AI-Generated Content
Ad copy, creatives, and optimization recommendations produced by the Service are provided "as is". You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content or action before it is published or applied to your Meta Ads account.
9. Intellectual Property
AdLuro and its content (excluding your data and AI-generated outputs you own) are the property of AdLuro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and any creatives generated for your account.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, performance lift, or ROAS improvements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdLuro's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or ad spend.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AdLuro harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdLuro is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
