2. Meta API Usage
AdLuro integrates with the Meta Marketing API. When you connect your Meta Ads account via OAuth, we access only the permissions you grant, which may include reading campaign, ad set, and ad-level performance data, and — with your explicit approval — applying optimization actions (e.g., pausing or scaling ads).
- We do not sell or share your Meta Ads data with third parties.
- We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
- You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from your AdLuro settings, which immediately revokes our access.
- We retain Meta Ads data only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To generate AI-powered diagnostics, optimization suggestions, and ad creatives.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
4. AI Processing
We use third-party large language model providers to power AdLuro's AI features. Anonymized or aggregated ad performance data may be sent to these providers solely to generate insights for your account. We do not use your data to train foundation models.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing) bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
