At AdLuro, we value your privacy and provide a transparent way to manage and delete your data associated with our platform and the Meta Ads integration.
1. How to Delete Your Data from AdLuro
If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information from our database, you can do so using one of the following methods:
- In-App Deletion: Log in to your AdLuro dashboard, go to Settings > Account, and click on "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your profile, billing info, and cached ads data.
- Email Request: Send an email to privacy@adluro.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
2. Revoking Meta Platform Permissions
AdLuro complies with Meta's Platform Terms. If you want to remove the AdLuro App's access to your Facebook or Instagram data, follow these official Meta steps:
- Go to your Facebook Profile’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
- Find AdLuro and click Remove.
- (Optional) To request that the app deletes the data it has already collected, click on View and Edit next to AdLuro and select Send Request in the "Delete Data" section.
3. Data Retained for Legal Reasons
Please note that we may retain certain information (like invoices and transaction history) where we are legally required to do so for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes.
4. Confirmation
Once your data has been deleted per your request, you will receive a confirmation email. After this process, AdLuro will no longer have access to your Meta Ads insights or account configuration.
